The breakfast is well-stocked and extensive, and the location is perfect next to the Poniente beach right on the sea front, the promenade in a great part if benidorm away from the crazyness of the new town, and the main promenade. The rooms are beautifully maintained and brand-new, equipped with a balcony, a storage, and a safe.

Perfect and incredible location close to Elche Park. Also - right by a clean sandy beach as well as somewhere to sit. Very nicely furnished rooms with a handy stocked fridge and the most wonderful views plus a jacuzzi, extensive breakfast.

The room they gave us was brand-new and extremely pleasant with plenty of draw and glass of Cava plus air con. Having different soft drinks in the roof top bar was a very nice touch. The service offered was very efficient.

The stuff was well organised, outstandingly helpful. The view of the sea was superb, as well as central location so close to the main bars and restaurants along the front in the old town, the promenade in a great part, and the trucks delivering food and other supies and trashtaking trucks. Had lunch/dinner at La Aeronaval, which I found at a medium distance from the hotel.

Have stayed here many times and would love to return. Accommodation was big size and first-rate with hard-working and so efficient staff who obviously are interested in customer service. The accommodation had a central location on top of a hill which posed a problem. Had tea and goodies at Ferretti Gelato e Caffe, nestled 2 km of the hotel.

This hotel was located in a central area very close to a beautiful sandy beach, much better than the Levante end of town, the restaurant, reception as well in the spa/roof terrace and all tapas alleys in the old town. Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walk from Mediterranean Balcony Museum.

Enjoyed my very lovely stay in the old town. The restaurant was very clean for my breakfast and lunch, I tried special dishes. The location was fantastic, for example, El Casco Antiguo de Benidorm was at a walking distance from the hotel. A shopping area and the Sunday market were right next door.
